Staff Jocelyn, security Roberto and Soverino were great. They were on top of guest activities and ready to help.

The location: 619 Lamartine is a short walk to the Museo Nacional de Antropología. Perfect for an early morning start on a Sunday! The morning security guard was really nice too.

The place has a great location. Next to one of the nicest streets in the city (Masaryk) where you can find all sorts of restaurants, bars, cafes. You could choose to form local street food to upscale restaurants. It is also very close to the park, museum (BTW – there are lots of great museum in Mexico City), metro stations and groceries stores (two convenience stores – e.g.7 Eleven, or bigger Walmart Express by Polanco metro station). Near the place also located couple of currency exchange places – worth visiting during weekdays (over the weekend mostly closed). Lamartine 619 is also very safe. You have a safety deposit in your room but there is also very nice 24/7 security guard who lets you in/out which is very convenient. In general Staff of the place is very kind and helpful. Front desk personnel are almost always there during the week and the bigger part of the day during the weekends. Whatever we needed they helped us and provided for us. Our room was also very clean, and housekeeping was available every day. Also, a pleasant surprise – not in the Booking description of the place – is that Lamartine offers simple continental breakfast. Always something small to grab on your way out. The facility offers a fitness place – nothing super big – but enough to work out. It is located on the last floor with a nice view on the terrace which itself is a nice place for morning coffee of afternoon tea. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience (spend there almost full week) and I highly recommend this place. Gracias por todo!

Breakfast was a little hit or miss. There was not a lot of anything laid out so it was easy to run out depending on the level of guests partaking. eg. sometimes you would find yogurt, sometimes not.

Super safe neighborhood, loved the location, which was close to Chapultepec, the museum of Anthropology and Reforma. Loved the floor plan of the house, and the security in the complex. Staff was really responsive and attentive to all our needs.
